1, If the item is not as described, is damaged, or is defective, we will issue a full refund after receiving the item
2, If you don't want the product for no reason, the returning item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent back in the original package. You also need to pay for the two way shipping and restock cost.
You need to send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of return approval or receipt of the replacement item
Note: return must use post office methods ( never use commercial post like DHL )
Andream Android Radios only replaces items within 30 days after customer receipt if they are defective or damaged.
If the returning products show customer caused damage by improper use, or accessories missing, the lost should be assessed and deducted from the refund.
If the item is found not to be faulty on us, the full cost of shipping and restocking will be on the customers.
Any items are returned at your own risk.
We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
